Yes, it was a GOOD, good night

The fun is in the maybe

Darktime sparkling
Fairground lightning
Cool sea-salted wind
And time unwinding
Bassline spilling into night air
Rhythm beckons us upstairs
Bump and grind
And bodies writhing
Every weekend
Same thing trying
First for me
But old-time styling;
Age old trade with
Glitter shining.
Songs to sing
No body minding
Show yourself
Tap-toe and winding
Hips, hips shoulders go
Bliss face finding
Eyes to lock to
Deep, beguiling
Drumbeats cause
For so much noise
Can’t hear you – see?
Step, step, press in
Close to me
Let me listen
Think I heard you
Dance again
Smile and jive, Iā€™m
Anyone’s friend
Yet know I’ll check
You’re watching me
I’ll dance for you
And hope you see
Step forward now
And dance with me
In dance-floor standoff
Flashing looks
Flashing lights fill
Smokescreen nooks
But time ran out
Last chance or gone!
Hug hug, and now
We’re being egged on
Lips, lips, smiling
Eager teeth
Lipstick, lust
And booze beneath
Hands start sliding
Stagger in
Tongues start waltzing
Taste that grin
Pull me closer
I’ll hold tight
Dancers; music;
Lights all fade
This kiss
Will end
My night
