Walter Was Anxious

Bazooka_gum

Walter blew bubbles to deal with his troubles.

He suffered from anxiety and angst.

He tried tv products , even mild narcotics

But nothing could fill in the blanks

Then one day while stewing he saw someone chewing

A rubbery pink wad of gum.

He exclaimed, “where’d you get that? I need something to gnaw at!”

and ran off to get himself some.

So like a palooka he chews wads of Bazooka.

Bubble Yum, Big Chew and Razzles.

Now Walter’s sedate, chill, not irrate…

And his nerves are no longer frazzled.

Thanks Walter!

Is Walter a wiener dog??? I love wiener dogs. Mostly, I love to be able to use the word wiener. Wiener wiener wiener.
    So mature.

  2. That was great! Seriously, a bubble blowing dog? How fun! 🙂 Toby tends to blow a lot of air too… out the other end! 😉

the photo is deceptive… that was a squeeker from a very large toy… it looked like he was blowing a bubble… walt usually has to wear a thunder shirt because he is so anxious (it works great)… so it just all came together… I wrote it for my great niece… Walter is one of her dogs.

HA! I wondered what was going on with that picture when I saw it in the uploads. Now I know. Nicely done, and very funny (along with being probably some damn good advice).

I actually had some this year… I have a friend who is crazy about it and is Orthodox Jewish… found it kosher and the comic and labe are written in Hebrew.

  7. Hilarious! I love thow much rhyming you squeezed in, it makes it such a joy to read (I often don’t care about rhyming, but when it’s done brilliantly I enjoy it lots).
